About Rachel

Rachel is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider designation.  She graduated with her undergraduate degree in psychology from Middle Tennessee State University in 2009, and then graduated with her Master’s of Education (M.Ed.), with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling from MTSU in 2012.  She is a National Certified Counselor through the American Counseling Association.  Rachel is a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist through the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals and works with individuals, partners, and families impacted by addiction.


Rachel has experience with many different populations, including young children, teenagers, young adults, and older adults. She has had experience with: children and adolescents with chronic illnesses, children who are experiencing behavioral issues, crisis pregnancy, trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and a variety of other diagnoses.
